Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
- Assist with project coordination and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Maintain and organize office files and records
- Handle data entry tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
- Provide support to the front desk and serve as a point of contact for clients and customers
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an Office Assistant or similar role is preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
