LykinsTire & Auto Service is looking for an Automotive Mechanic to join our team! You will be responsible for repairing various vehicles and transmission systems.
Responsibilities:
- Repair automobiles and Light trucks, both foreign and domestic.
- Diagnose and Provide labor and parts needed estimate.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance
- Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components
- Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a mechanic
- Knowledge of shop equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Lykins Tire & Auto Service has serviced the automotive repair, tire, and wheel needs of customers throughout the Roswell, NM area for about 60 years. We are located at 120 N. Garden Ave. Roswell, NM 88203.
We are a medium sized Family owned company that has been in business for over 75 years. For years we focused primarily on tires but are trying to grow our General Services department. Our average employee has been with us for over 5 years and most of our customer over 20 years. We have a extremely high Google and Yelp rating for a reason. We are a Napa Auto Care Center and the only Approved AAA service center within a 75 mile radius.
