Responsibilities:

  1. Build high-voltage wire harnesses for automotive vehicles, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, utilizing diagnostic tools and following established procedures to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
  3. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on High Voltage Wiring and components to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  4. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement High Voltage Wiring solutions for new automotive products, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  5. Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation to facilitate the installation and maintenance of High Voltage Wiring systems.
  6. Document all build, maintenance, and repair activities, including test results, inspections, and any modifications made to the electrical systems, in accordance with company protocols.
  7. Stay updated on the latest advancements in Automotive High Voltage technology and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or vocational training in automotive technology or a related field is preferred.
  2. Proven experience working with Automotive High-voltage electrical systems.
  3. Comprehensive understanding of automotive electrical systems, wiring techniques, and safety protocols associated with high-voltage components.
  4. Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools for identifying and resolving electrical issues in vehicles.
  5. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints related to automotive electrical systems.
  6. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  8. Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing.
  9. Willingness to always comply with all safety regulations and procedures.
