Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated individual for our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of finance operations, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic. As a leader in our dealership, you will be responsible for optimizing income, following our processes, and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience in the Automotive Finance industry
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to the demands of the job
- Enthusiasm for the automotive business and a desire to contribute to the success of our dealership
Responsibilities:
- Maximize all revenue in the Finance Department while following company processes
- Ensure compliance with all federal/state regulations and best practices
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance their buying experience
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall dealership operations
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to maintain compliance
- Maintain a delivery log and updates management on all deals throughout day
- Maintain great relationships with lenders
- Addresses funding delays with lender immediately
