The role of the AutomotiveFinancial Manager is to produce revenue by selling finance and insurance programs and other applicable after-sale products to new car and pre-owned car customers.

Essential Duties:

· Process finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval;

· Selling finance and insurance programs and other after-sale items;

· Provide guests with a thorough explanation of products and services;

· Maintain responsibility for full disclosure of products, terms and rates;

· Understand and comply with Federal, State and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions.

Job Requirements:

· Previous Sales Experience;

· Two or more years of dealership experience;

· Ability to establish solid relationships with customers, coworkers and lending institutions;

· Great interpersonal skills;

· Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing;

· Professional demeanor and appearance;

· Positive attitude;

· Verifiable work history;

· Must pass Pre-Employment Drug test, Background Check, Driving Record Check and we E-Verify;

· Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
