Automotive Express Lube Tech

Banister Ford of Marlow Heights is actively seeking a Express Lane Lube Technician. We offer a clean and safe environment, temperature-controlled department. If you want to work with one of the best teams this would be the position for you.

The daily task focuses on fluid checks and basic maintenance. The Lube Technician will change a vehicle’s oil, check the transmission fluid and other fluid levels, inspect various belts and filters, and check air levels and gauges. If you are looking to start a career as an Automotive Technician, this would be the starting point and we can provide the opportunity to progress in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Check and communicate oil level to teammates
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
• Complete vehicle inspection
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
• Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.

Qualifications:

• Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
• Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
• Basic computer skills.
• Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Pass a background check
