Our Ideal Candidate:
- 3 or more years of experience at an automotive dealership
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to work in a positive team environment with ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical experience
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Ability to work on various makes / models
- Pride in delivering service excellence
- Good communication skills
- Ability to build to your level of ambition
- Choice to mentor less experienced technicians
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record are REQUIRED
- Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
