Service Manager Qualifications:

• Prior automotive service department and management experience required.
• Ability to understand manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
• Self-motivated with the drive to set and achieve targeted goals for the department.
• A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and dependable work ethic.
• Strong computer and training skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
