Automotive Dealership Car Biller/ Payroll Assistant Responsibilities:

· Post all car deals

· Work with sales and finance departments to ensure all documents are complete and accounted for

· Finalize all title work

· Prepare applications for Department of Licensing weekly

· Vehicle Schedules

· Reconcile daily flooring payoffs

· Contract funding payments and reports

· Communicate with lending institutions on outstanding contracts and reserve

· Stocking of vehicle inventory for loaner inventory and posting of used wholesales

· Monitor stocking of vehicle inventory and posting of used vehicle wholesalers.

· Work closely with the Controller daily to ensure a proper and accurate month end process

· Process sales payroll

· Other duties as assigned

Automotive Dealership Car Biller / Payroll Assistant Qualifications:

· Must have knowledge of accounting

· Must have good organization skills & attention to detail

· Automotive Dealership experience strongly required

· 2+ years of Accounting / Automotive Billing experience or equivalent required
