Zimmer Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is a retail environment like no other, uniquely focused on delivering amazing employee and customer experiences. As a Receptionist/Greeter you assist our departments by providing a welcoming and friendly first impression.
Key Qualifications:
- Greets Showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit.
- Obtains and records basic demographic information about each customer when taking a message.
- Answers basic customer inquiries, and when needed refers more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person.
- Prepares the showroom each morning; unlock doors, turn on lights, make coffee for customers and stock the customer snack trays or makes sure areas are straightened and prepared for the next day.
- Checks in New Vehicles as well as communicate to Managers and sales staff the vehicles which are due to arrive.
- Files and scan documents as needed.
- Answers the phones and directs the calls as requested.
- Maintains professional appearance.
- Other Tasks as assigned.

Job Type: Full Time , Monday thru Friday 8pm-5pm.
