Job Summary
The Collision Center Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Collision Center team. You will work closely with the Collison Center Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the department. The ideal candidate will have administrative experience and a strong knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus!

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers arriving at the Collision Center.
- Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate departments or individuals.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the Collision Center’s appointment calendar.
- Process repair orders, invoices, and payments for customers.
- Communicate with insurance companies to obtain necessary paperwork and approvals.
- Maintain accurate records and files for all customer and vehicle information.
- Assist with ordering and managing inventory for the Collison Center.
- Any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Familiarity with collision repair processes and terminology is a plus.
