This position requires a background in Automotive Calibration and Diagnostic Technology.

- Pay: $120,000/year (The Calibration Manager position has a pay scale that consists of the following elements and ranges: 90,000 to 110,000 annual compensation plus eligibility for commission incentives expected to range from 1000 to 2000 per month)
- Position is Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm with a 1 hour lunch
- Shops with up to date equipment
Requirements of the Automotive Calibration / Diagnostic Technician:
- Experience with Automotive Calibrations and Diagnostics
- Hands on work removing and reinstalling parts as necessary.
- Computer Savvy
- Ability to search information from industry websites to troubleshoot problems as they occur
- Critical thinking and acute problem solving skills
- Quick learner
Sample Job Duties of the Automotive Calibration / Diagnostic Manager:
- Assist in calibrations and float amongst stores as needed for coverage.
- Ensure all necessary materials and equipment are provided for all employees
- Monitoring and reporting of sales numbers and established growth goals.
- Work closely with the ADC auditor to identify missed opportunities and provide additional training to the team as needed.
- Stay up to date on ADAS and new or changed calibration requirements
- Keep the ADC website updated
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the business and customer base.
