Responsibilities:
•    Work as a team with Java, SQL & GUI Developers, Product Owners, Tester Engineers, Scrum Masters and Delivery Managers in a fast past interactive Agile/Kanban team for various Accounting, Pricing and NAV Delivery systems.
•    Work with PO and developers to create, groom, and refine stories to prioritize in each Agile iteration, to meet a consistent velocity, so that business users can identify business benefits within an expected timeframe and a predictable cost savings.
•    Identify Unit, functional, regression, performance, security, integration, and penetration testing scenarios with all of the team members.
•    Execute manual functional test cases, as well as, any identified regression test cases in various environments including UAT, BUAT, DEV.
•    Create automated test scripts using Client UFT and the standard GQS Automation Framework
•    Lead automation strategy for the application/team
•    Implement the specific functional and Regression test cases into the established automation framework used within that Agile/Kanban team iteration. 
•    Execute CI/CD unattended test automation stored in GiT for targeted tests, regression tests, and E2E testing
•    Communicate and review all functional and performance manual and automated testing results with the entire team.  
Required:
•    Minimum 6 years of quality assurance experience in a Financial Services software environment through all stages of product development
•    Demonstrated knowledge to manage testing across platforms
•    Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies
•    Strong attention to detail and a commercial focus
•    Proven problem solving communication interpersonal and analytical skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple deadlines and large-scale testing projects successfully.
•    Experience with software engineering standards metrics and quality assurance principles.
•    Testing automation experience with Client's QTP and UFT (Client's Unified Functional Testing Tool)  Automation tools to automate Applications.
•    Experience designing and developing custom test automation frameworks using Keyword and Data-Driven methodologies
•    Proficient SQL query skills and experience working with database technology.
•    Knowledge of defect tracking systems
•    Knowledge of Quality Center software
•    Oracle UNIX LINUX or other open systems operating system knowledge and experience.
•    Test artifacts are prepared accurately, on time, distributed and stored correctly
•    Develop and execute test scripts for functional and automation purposes;
•    Collaborate with Product Owners and Development on test approach
•    Identify test cases applicable for automation in order to increase automation and reduce dependency on manual testing
•    Design and execute complex user test scenarios manually and with automation; and
•    Participate in Agile team activities, iteration planning, and backlog grooming
•    Assigns necessary testing related responsibilities
•    Apply knowledge of internal IT applications within the accounting and security valuation environments;
•    As Subject Matter Expert on Accounting and Security Valuation applications, individual will be expected to train resources and lend his knowledge across projects to the benefit of the organization
•    Apply experience with Agile Scrum methodologies, UFT, Client ALM, and automation tools in the performance of the job duties.

Educational Qualification:
  • B. S. Computer Science or related field
Capital Markets Senior Business Analyst

Role Description/Responsibilities:
  • 7 - 10+ years' experience of Capital markets or global treasury.
  • Knowledge of capital markets & financial instruments – Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income, FX.
  • Understanding of Investment Banking and Asset Management – Front, Middle & Back Office functions.
  • Asset management experience of Trading Compliance rule coding & testing is strongly preferred, but other experience within Asset Management industry is acceptable
  • Financial industry knowledge within investments and distribution highly desired (i.e., understanding of investment process, capital markets, fixed income, equities
  • Should have Knowledge of FactSet
  • Should have knowledge of Netezza/PL SQL queries
  • Should be a strong team player
  • Excellent communication skills - written & verbal. Should be able to create good documentation and correspond on functionalities & issues concisely. Should be able to articulate well during discussions.
  • Should be able to work with tight deadlines
  • Confident of interacting with business users and various stakeholders.
  • Skilled at using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Visio.
 
Other Skills:
  • Skilled at using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Visio.
  • Skilled at querying data using PL/SQL.
 
Educational Qualification:
  • Any finance degree or any bachelor degree
