Autocad Draftsman / Designer

RiSe Engineering Solutions, a leading provider of comprehensive civil and structural engineering services, is seeking a talented AutoCAD Civil 3D Designer/Draftsman to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in the design and drafting of civil and structural projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create detailed and accurate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
• Produce construction documents, plans, and specifications for civil and structural engineering projects.
• Develop and implement standard details for civil and structural designs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve project outcomes.
• Work closely with project teams to address design modifications and revisions.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D functionalities for grading, drainage, and road design.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of material quantity take-offs and cost estimates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as an AutoCAD Civil 3D Designer/Draftsman in the civil and structural engineering sector.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D software, with strong 2D and 3D drafting skills.
• Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines with no supervision.
• Knowledge of other design software (e.g., Revit) is a plus.

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
