AutoCAD Drafter description:

• Create designs and schematics.
• Meet with architects, designers, and engineers to discuss ideas.
• Develop product designs from scratch.
• Present rough drafts for client approval.
• Ensure designs meet safety and structural standards.
• Develop CAD and BOM templates for other drafters to use for production work.
• Answer questions for the shop, project management, architects, and contractors when needed.
• Maintain templates to stay current for production use.
• Help aid sales and estimating teams with product questions/descriptions to customers.
