Here's what you'll do:
- Store Managers: The Store Manager is ultimately responsible for delivering excellence in service, profitability, and people management in their store. This person will take the lead in implementing all company initiatives for the store and hold the team accountable for successful outcomes. Works directly with Director of Mobile Services to maintain synergy between Shop and Mobile operations, including referrals between the two.

- Optimizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Simply put, this person is focused on:
- Assistant Managers: The Assistant Manager is ultimately responsible for assisting the Store Manager in delivering excellence in service, profitability, and people management in their store. This person will support the Store Manager in implementing all company initiatives for the store and help hold the team accountable for successful outcomes. Works under the Store Manager with Director of Mobile Services to maintain synergy between Shop and Mobile operations, including referrals between the two. Acts as the Store Manager when that person is absent.

- Ensure that vehicles are returned to customers repaired, clean, and safer than when you started

Our ideal candidate:
- Store Managers and Assistant Managers will have a minimum of 5 years' experience leading and managing successful store(s), with a significant portion of that time dedicated to automotive sales
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain car care needs and services delivered
- Passionate about customer service, obsessed with details, and interested in being best in class
- Punctual, reliable, and ability to work autonomously to deliver quality and timely service
- Enthusiastic about the services provided and contributing to growing company
