We are currently hiring for the role of Sales Associate. We offer new and pre owned vehicles. With the opening of our 13 acre 75,000 square foot facility, Subaru of Gwinnettt is in need of Sales Associates, Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts Counter Consultants. Subaru of Gwinnett has been in business for 20 years.

Responsibilities
- Understands & demonstrates Subaru & it’s vehicles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles.
- Develops buyers by maintaining rapport through follow up with previous customers and well-timed equity mining
- Understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
- Completing sales with compassion and a focus on a fair profit.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in Foundations training; educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
- Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Daily follow-up with potential customers via online customer management system using phone, email and text.

- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
- All applicants must have a clean driving record and must be insurable
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Physical demands include: frequently position body and move in order to greet clients and explain vehicle features; drive vehicles; detect and identify vehicle issues and safety concerns; exert force to move/manipulate objects (up to 20lbs occasionally, 10lbs frequently); operate equipment; repetitive motion.
- Work is conducted inside, outside, and in proximity to moving vehicles.
