Home Office Needed

You must have a home office set-up (reliable, high-speed internet, quiet work environment, updated versions of Windows or Apple iOS, Mac or PC required: iPads or Chromebooks will not work).

We prefer you to be bilingual in Spanish, speak fluent English, and have excellent computer skills.

The Position

This position is to become a Business Consultant/ Coach to our clients, who are auto shops in the collision, repair, heavy-duty truck industries. Industry experience is preferred but not required.

This is not a sales position in that you do not need to find the clients; but persuasive skills are a must nevertheless. You must be able to push clients to get results.
Customer Service skills are not sufficient alone. After successfully completing all of your training benchmarks, you will have a roster of shops throughout North America to consult with and ensure their success.
Most contact is via phone, video conferencing and email; minimal travel is required.

Summary / Objective: DRIVE provides a career path in technology and business consulting for the right candidate who is has a passion for helping our clients.

Hours: 8:45am-545pm CENTRAL TIME (please adjust for your time zone)

Compensation: We start at $25 hr and after training benchmarks are reached (expect 2 - 4 months) will convert to a salaried position starting at $52,000 with a robust bonus structure that can gradually climb to $100,000. The bonus structure is based on the number of clients you are successfully coaching and other factors, so it may take a while to build to six figures, but it should not take long once you become a coach to start exceeding the base pay. We provide extensive training. The top qualities we look for are a passion for our business, a desire to professionally consult at DRIVE as a career, persistence, and persuasive skills.

This is not a position to fill a year or get some experience on your CV. We are looking for long-term team members to grow with us.
