We are currently seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Automotive Counterman to join our warehouse team. If you have a knowledgeable background in Auto Parts, particularly from places like AutoZone, O'Reilly's, etc., and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Parts Knowledge: Utilize your expertise in Auto Parts to assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right products for their needs.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, offering product recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in managing stock levels to meet customer demands.
- Warehouse Support: Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient operations and timely order fulfillment.
- Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of Auto Parts.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience working in Auto Parts stores like AutoZone or similar establishments.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a warehouse team.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Accuracy: Attention to detail in order processing and inventory management.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy automotive parts as needed (up to 30 pounds).
