Our Busy Ford Parts Department needs to add a Team Member ASAP! Looking for a counter person to assist in the selling, ordering and delivery of automotive parts to our service department, and outside customers. The schedule for this position is Mondays through Fridays 7am-4pm or 7am-5pm. No weekends or nights! Shop is also air conditioned.
Position is paid weekly, hourly plus commissions. We follow 731 union pay plan which starts at $26.45 hourly for 3 years of experience plus commissions.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous automotive parts sales experience preferred
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred.
- Previous experience working in a dealership is preferred. Auto Parts Store Experience Also Acceptable.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have general computer skills and knowledge. We utilize a variety of softwares.
- Must possess professional customer service skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have a valid IL Drivers License and Pass a Background Check before starting in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the selling, ordering and receiving of parts
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Monitor, track and receive parts orders and shipments
- Generate and receive purchase orders
- Tag monitor and process warranty parts
- Complete all manufacturer/dealership training courses and certifications
- Stay up to date with service bulletins, recalls and policies
