Best Fit: Someone with experience as a Mechanic/Technician, we have a cost effective program for tools to eventually own if you need it
Pay Range: $22-$25, depending on experience
Benefits: Kicks in after a full 30 days working in a given Month - Health Insurance, 401k, Dental and Vision Insurance etc.
PTO: You accrue 1 hour every 35 hours worked and can begin to use them after 90 days
Hours: Monday-Sunday5pm-5am
Location: Allen Park, MI
Duration: Long term Contract, no end date, possibility of Direct Hire depending on performance
Auto Technicians/Mechanics are working on experimental prototype builds as well as retro-fits.
Qualifications:
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' automotive technician / mechanic experience or equivalent military experience
• Must have own tools with rolling tool box - we offer a toolbox program if you need it
• Must have well rounded technician / mechanical experience and knowledge
• Must have good organizational skills
• Must have good attention to detail
• Must possess the skills to read, comprehend, and execute written procedures
• Must be an automotive technician / mechanic with a high level of urgency, motivation, and enthusiasm to learn
• Must have reliable attendance and the willingness to work overtime/weekends
Preferred Skills:
• Ford experience
• State/ASE certifications
• Prototype build technician / mechanic experience
• Willingness and availability to work the afternoon shift
