The Danny Day Agency is seeking an InboundAuto & Home Insurance Sales Producer to join one of the top-performing teams in the country! We are a pillar of our community for over the last 12 years involved in giving back to our community and our clients. Culture, Growth, and Client experience are very important to us!
As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our customers on a proactive basis with the intent of selling new policies. You will be building relationships and making friends while you help them solve their insurance problems. Since Customer Experience is so important to the team, you will always leave your clients better off than when you found them.
Experience in the industry is not necessary. Our training and resources are top-notch and if you have what it takes, we will take care of getting you up to speed.
We have multiple locations here in California. There is a lot of room to grow on our team and room for advancement. We will coach and train you as you move up in the company. Our team is very close and family-oriented. We all work great together and truly have an awesome team environment in our agency. Culture is SUPER important to us and we are hoping you can even add to ours.

Responsibilities
- Train daily with the team to perfect your craft
- Assist customers with their policies
- Help clients find gaps or missing policies and coverages and offer them solutions.
- Ensure all Clients have an amazing experience!
- Achieve goals by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.
- Review insurance policies with our clients
- Cross-Sell new insurance policies
- Ensure that our Agency Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis
- Responsible for accurate underwriting
- Be an Awesome Team Mate
- Be a great Leader to your team
Requirements
- Prior Sales Experience Required
- Prior Office Experience a Plus!
- Prior Customer Service Experience a Plus!
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid Drivers License & Reliable Transportation
