Specific Responsibilities:

• Ensure Safety remains a top priority with all employees.

• Complete Pre and Post inspections using tablet-based technology.

• Repair and replace Auto Glass according to ANSI standards.

• Calibrate vehicles with ADAS safety equipment.

• Complete Rock Chip repairs according to ROLAGS standards

• Ensure the efficient use of materials.

• Keep company vehicles and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition.

• Complete invoices and work orders using the tablet-based technology.

• Execute Service with Advanced Training (SWAT)

• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in the Auto Glass Industry is a plus.

• Physical ability to lift heavy objects.

• Proficiency in the ability to read a tape measurer

• Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving skills

• Professional appearance and personality

Auto Glass Installers must have a valid driver’s license.

$18.00 — $20.00 hourly pay ranges with increases based on knowledge progression of the industry and job performance.
