Before&After Auto Detailing is small yet ambitious Auto Detailing company dedicated to providing exceptional services to our customers and clients, meeting and exceeding their expectations. We are looking to expand from our owner operated buisness to a goliath of a detailing company throughout the Greater Grand Rapids area.

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team of Automotive Detailers. The Automotive Detailer will be responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the cars of our customers and clients, which includes interior and exterior detailing, polishing, paint correction, and ceramic coating ensure all our vehicles are in pristine condition.
We offer competitive pay based on individuals work ethic, with our top detailers making over $1000 a week. We generously provide work incentives through commision based pay, profit and equity sharing and more. Detailers who stick with us have a future with us as shop and location managers. We are looking for dedicated people who are looking to expand our company and chase excellence.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
