Job Summary
We are seeking an experiencedAuto Damage Estimator/Overseeing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will appraise damaged vehicles and determine vehicle value. Your responsibilities will include performing physical inspections, documenting damage, performing quality inspections, and reviewing repair estimates. The ideal candidate is methodical and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will oversee daily operations as well as overseeing production inside the shop. Must have strong knowledge in dealing with insurance companies, direct repair programs and good negotiating skills.

Responsibilities
- Perform physical inspections of damaged vehicles
- Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met
- Determine the extent of damage
- Document repairs needed and review repair shop estimates
- Determine vehicle value and provide documentation
Qualifications
- Previous knowledge of Auto Damage estimating
- Excellent written communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent management skills
- Ability to work with no supervision
- ICar Certifications are a plus
- Knowledge of CCC estimating program
Must have previous experience
