Mountain West Farm Bureau is seeking a full-time Auto Collision Specialist to join our team to assist with the extent of claim liability concerning auto property loss or damages and works to settle claims. This individual communicates with claimants and other relevant parties to collect information, calculates benefit payments, approves payment of claims within a certain monetary limit, and manages the Direct Repair Program. This full-time position is located onsite(not a remote position) in our Laramie, WY office and typically works 40 hours per week. You can expect a competitive wage between $4,041 - $4,713 per month.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN AUTO COLLISION SPECIALIST

In this full-time position, you will operate in a professional office environment. This role requires extended periods of walking, sitting, bending, and climbing and carrying ladders. Additionally, performing this job requires extensive work with computers, mobile devices, and other productivity tools. The following are required to assist in the duties performed by an Auto Collision Specialist:

  • High school degree or GED.
  • Office experience with emphasis on computer skills.
  • Experience in Microsoft programs.
  • Ability to pass a state adjuster’s licensing exam.
  • General experience with sales, repairs, or services of automobiles, powersports or trailers.
