Auto Body Technician

The collision industry as we've known it, has changed tremendously over the past 5 - 10 years. This means for small businesses to succeed in this industry, they too, must evolve.

Bel Air Autobody has been a staple in the collision industry for over 30 years. We are looking to continue to grow and, stay firmly planted here in Harford County!

We are looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician who can effectively and efficiently

• Disassemble/Reassemble all makes and models of vehicles
• Identify/Diagnose damaged, broken, and/or missing parts upon disassembly
• Communicate and develop a repair plan with estimator
• Repair vehicle to pre accident condition according to manufacturer recommended and/ required repair procedures
• Air Conditioned Shop
• Maintain a clean workspace
• 3 years minimum experience
• I-Car certifications are a plus
• Drug free workplace

This is an independent bodyshop with a team oriented atmosphere. Work will be distributed evenly and you must be able to handle all aspects of the required task at hand.

Estimates and supplements are handled by office personnel from start to finish. No need for you to write long, drawn out supplement sheets. All parts are ordered in a timely manner and often arrive same day or next day. Your focus will be on the part of the job that makes you money! Repairing vehicles!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
