Deacon Jones Collision Center of Clinton is seeking to hire an experienced Automotive Body Shop Estimator / Production Manager to ensure the overall efficiency, profitability, and reputation of our Auto Body Shop operations by providing timely, accurate, and customer-approved estimates for repair work. Customer service is a top priority; it’s our job to turn a difficult situation around.
Deacon Jones Collision Centers have three convenient locations in Smithfield, Goldsboro, and Clinton, NC. At Deacon Jones, customer satisfaction is our primary goal. We are an I-Car Gold Certified shop, as well as ProFirst Certified, and work on all makes and models.

Responsibilities - Body Shop Estimator / Production Manager:
- Greet customers and quickly assess their needs, understanding the difficulty of their situation. Customer service is a top priority; it’s our job to turn that difficult situation around.
- Follow the job through entire process from initial greeting, computing restoration costs, handling all insurance related communications and paperwork, overseeing parts ordering, keeping customer updated throughout the process.
- Assist Body Shop Manager with all facets of Body Shop operations
- Provide accurate body repair estimates and supplements for customers and insurance companies using electronic estimating software and CCC programs
- Perform quality control on the vehicle from repairs to final delivery.
Requirements - Body Shop Estimator / Production Manager:
- Experience as an Automotive Body Shop Estimator is required
- Must have estimating background with use of CCC1 estimating software or similar is required
- Automotive dealership experience is preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Organized with good problem-solving skills
- Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction (CSI) results
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Valid driver's license
