Job Overview:
As the BDC Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing our centralized Business Development Center (BDC). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing customer engagement, and enhancing the overall performance of our BDC.

Responsibilities - BDC Manager:
- Lead and manage the centralized BDC operations for Hart Nissan.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize lead generation, appointment setting, and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure the BDC meets or exceeds set goals.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing BDC team.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with sales managers and teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of BDC goals with overall dealership objectives.
- Implement best practices for customer relationship management to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- Prepare and present regular reports on BDC performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize processes
Requirements - BDC Manager:
- Proven experience as a BDC Manager or Sales Manager within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
