- Works assigned new business 21+ days out for reports and work queues.
- Handles report issues are handled in a timely manner.
- Ensures completion and accuracy in the daily productivity report.
- Reviews work queue dashboard and prepares high priority accounts daily.
- Handles new hire training.
- Performs weekly audits of five accounts per pre-access specialist and reports findings to leadership.
- Maintains various department spreadsheets.
- Assists in the pulling and monitoring of reports to verify accounts are being worked timely and accurately.
- Seeks out new positive outcomes and innovative solutions to accomplish objectives when the normal ways of meeting client objectives are not working.
- Responds to client email, calls, and escalated patient calls, in the absence of a supervisor or manager, and forwards to management for final resolution.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

The pay for this position is starting at $18.00/hour and based on experience.
Essential Education, Training, and Work Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. 3-5 years of related experience preferred. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word) preferred. Extensive 10 key and excellent typing skills (45 words per minute) strongly preferred. Completion of a Medical Billing Program and knowledge of medical terminology and ICD/CPT strongly preferred.
