- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
```Experience```
- Previous experience working in medical office setting is required
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, coding, and insurance verification
- Familiarity with managed care plans and insurance billing processes
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
