Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- All essential functions of Austemper Machine Operator
- Dump the 400 lb. salt drum into the machine when your salt level is low
- Add oil to the oil pit when oil levels are low
- Assist purging parts from under the oil quench demag conveyor
- Know how to start up machine after machine was down (including but not limited too starting conveyors, making sure all flames are lit…etc.)
- Relight belt dryer flames and pilot flames
- Be able do adjust your machine to bring your dewpoint into spec on your own
- Ability to train new employees
- All other responsibilities as assigned.
