Responsibilities: (financial and operation risk management)

- Develop and implement risk management strategies and programs
- Identify potential risks and evaluate their impact on the organization
- Conduct risk assessments and create risk profiles for different areas of the business
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and patterns related to risk
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk mitigation plans
- Implement fraud prevention and detection measures
- Conduct quantitative research and analysis to assess risk exposure
- Prepare financial reports and analysis related to risk management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Experience:

- Strong knowledge of VBA, statistics, and data mining techniques
- Familiarity with financial concepts, including cash flow analysis and financial report writing
- Experience in fraud prevention and detection methods
- Proficiency in math and quantitative research methodologies
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform risk management decisions
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
