Audiology Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant to join our team. As an Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and providing exceptional client care. This position requires strong organizational skills, medical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare professionals in providing client care.
- Knowledge of Hearing aid programing software and managing client records.
- Help clients with Hearing aid application uploading and Bluetooth connectivity.
- Experience with video otoscopy ear wax removal utilizing various techniques.
- Provide Hearing aid cleaning, checkups and minor hearing aid repairs.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient patient care.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a hearing aid practice or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of hearing medical terminology, anatomy, physiology.
- Familiarity with occupational health guidelines and practice.
