Form of workWe are seeking an Audiologist or a Hearing Aid Specialist to join our company in the Altoona & Johnstown area. The candidate must be licensed to dispense in Pennsylvania or be willing to complete training and testing to acquire their Pennsylvania license. We will provide training to the right candidate. This position is full-time with a competitive base salary, commission, opportunities for bonuses, and paid time off.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations
- Consult with patients and recommend the technology that best fits their lifestyle
- Fit patients with Hearing Instruments to match their needs
- Educate patients on the use of their hearing aids and other hearing accessories
- Provide appropriate aftercare for all patients to ensure the highest standard of care
- Secure repeat and referral business through utilization of our patient referral program and positive online reviews
- Maintain a clean and welcoming office and work environment
- Maintain patient files with detailed information
- Perform accurate data entry into a CRM
Qualifications
- Previous dispensing or fitting experience preferred
- A current license to dispense Hearing Instruments is preferred
- If you are a person driven to help people and have excellent problem solving skills, we will train you
- Proven experience in achieving sales goals
- Willing to work flexible hours/days
- Willing to work or travel to multiple clinics and perform in-home services
- Must enjoy working with our senior population
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with Google Drive
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Bilinguality is a plus!
