We are an independently owned business with 4 locations in the Sacramento area and are looking to hire an Audiologist in Downtown Sacramento with flexibility to rotate to other clinics when needed. In addition to providing exceptional patient care for all individuals with hearing loss, we are extremely proud to be a preferred provider for our nation's veterans. There is also tremendous opportunity to grow the vestibular practice.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient diagnostics by administering hearing evaluations, tests, and/or examinations and make recommendations for the best hearing aid solution for the client
- Work with adults, seniors, and some pediatric patients
- Conduct hearing aid fittings
- Conduct Veteran Compensation & Pension examinations and write reports (DBQ)
- Balance testing
- Recommend hearing treatment by educating clients on their hearing loss and the technology available to help support clients on their journey to better hearing
- Engage with community at virtual and in-person events to promote Gold Country Hearing & Balance and health hearing habits
Qualifications:
- AuD degree
- Current registration and licensure in Hearing Aid Dispensing in California
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred, not required
- Extensive knowledge of a wide range of hearing instruments for adult hearing audiometry
- Proficiency with multiple hardware/software platforms required for successful dispensing of advanced hearing instruments
- Must enjoy and be comfortable with the sales process and have a proven background of success selling hearing aids
- Superior commitment to excellence in patient care and customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making and judgment skills
