We are rapidly growing and are in need of a highly capable and motivated Shop Technicians to help us fulfill our clients needs.

Audio Visual Shop Technician
- Maintains all equipment and packages.
- Diagnoses, logs, and repairs damaged items.
- Assembles and configures equipment racks for client delivery.
- Manages firmware versions for applicable devices.
- Organizes and stores all tested equipment.
- Ensures all equipment is presentable and in ideal working conditions.
- Possesses a basic understanding of inventory software for forecasting of workload.
- Ability to handle hard deadlines and plan workflow depending on client needs.
- Assists other departments when necessary.
- Follows direction of the department leader and managers.
- Maintains a safe, organized, and clean work environment to ensure safety and compliance.
- Complies with company policies and procedures.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
