Job Description

The Phia Group, one of the country’s leading healthcare cost containment companies, is looking to hire an Audio-Visual Specialist on a freelance basis. The A/V Freelancer will be primarily responsible for helping to set up equipment for and produce webinars held on a monthly basis. Typically, the webinars are during the middle of the week and run in the early afternoon. This is an onsite position for our office headquarters in Canton, MA, and would require approximately 5-10 hours per month.

The successful candidate needs to be comfortable using standard podcast equipment, including microphones and accessories and be well-versed in GoToWebinar or a similar webinar platform. Additionally, the A/V Freelancer should have very strong video editing skills and at least two years of A/V experience, preferably involving webinar and podcast production work.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience with podcast equipment, including microphones and accessories
  • Experience with GoToWebinar or a similar webinar platform
  • Experience with Video Editing
  • 2+ years of A/V experience
  • Must be available to come into the Canton, MA office

Working Conditions / Physical Demands

Sitting at workstation for prolong periods of time. Extensive computer work. Workstation may be exposed to overhead fluorescent lighting and air conditioning. Fast paced work environment. Operates office equipment including personal computer, copiers, and fax machines.
