Audio Visual Shop Team Lead

Position overview- Warehouse Team Leads support our West Coast General Manager to provide leadership and direction for all Audio-Visual equipment logistics, preparation, transfer, and equipment quality control in preparation for MVS events. Attention to detail and managing warehouse employees in the completion of tasks in a timely manner are crucial to the success of our events and this all begins and ends at our warehouse facilities. Warehouse Leads also help coordinate the delivery of equipment as needed to our event sites. Team Leads cover early morning and late evening shifts to ensure consistent productivity as needed to support our event productions.

Necessary Skills- Understanding of Audio, Visual equipment operation and function, Usage of inventory management system, Crew management experience, Ability to change direction and prioritize efforts, Apple and Windows computer application usage, Maintaining a safe work environment for employees, Warehouse shipping and receiving experience, Safe driving record, Experience with driving 26-foot trucks in urban area, Forklift operation certification

Abilities:

-Must be able to lift 50 pounds

-Must be able work under tight deadlines

-Must be able to work long hours as needed

-Must be able to work nights and weekends

-Must be able to communicate effectively with team
