Our company culture and work-life balance are a very important part of who we are. We don’t expect our employees to be working all the time or constantly checking their email. We work hard, but we expect people to go home and enjoy their life outside of work, supporting a healthy work life balance. IT and audio-video emergencies do come up, but they are the exception and not the expectation.
