Position Roles and Responsibilities
Event preparation at warehouse
Basic testing and organization of event inventory
Setup basic Staging and Rigging systems
Setup and operate Sound Systems of various designs
Operate both conventional and basic DMX Lighting Systems
Set and Mix various Video Systems
Operate Photo Activations (such as interactive photo/video booths)
Qualifications and Requirements
Essential
Experience in the AV industry via past employment with Hotel AV, Live Event Production Companies or Large Churches
Uplifting, engaging, likable personality. Strong interpersonal skills. Approaches work with enthusiasm and optimism
Strong troubleshooting skills, especially while under time constraints
Responsible and accountable by default. Committed, consistent and hard working. High level of reliability and ethic
Strong organizational skills demonstrated ability to multitask, effectively prioritize and learn new systems quickly
High-level written and verbal communication skills. Helpful, proactive and communicative spirit with fellow teammates
Not afraid to labor diligently, meet deadlines, etc
Unrestricted driver’s license and good driving record. Able to commute to and from events with ease
Desirable
Degree or Accreditation in related fields
Experience with music, entertainment or DJing work (Pay range is drastically higher if you can DJ a main stage)
Experience driving commercial vehicles (cargo vans and smaller box vans)

Compensation Package
$20 - 30/hr + Overtime (Up to $75/HR for experienced DJs)
