The AV Director holds the responsibility of supervising the sound board operations and ensuring a consistently high standard of sound and video production quality during worship services, events, and various church programs. This role is crucial in establishing an engaging and purposeful atmosphere, both in-person and online, where individuals can experience the presence of God.
Prior experience working in a church environment is helpful.

Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent in the field of (one or more) electronics, communications, audio/video production, media, or music.
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of related experience in live audio, video production, livestream platforms, and the integration of all three.
- At least three (3) years of significant experience with digital sound board operation.
- Possess sound beliefs and doctrine, moral character beyond reproach, and godliness in conduct.
- Able to work varying work schedules, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- Familiarity with using a mixing board/console to perform Audio mixing.
- Proficiency in Planning Center, ProPresenter, ProTools mixing, video editing, and music editing.
- Aware of trends from other leading churches and non-religious organizations.
