SUMMARY:

As a vital member of our team, you'll be tasked with meticulously organizing and tracking our online auctions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Before the auction:
• Accurately input item details into the computer system
• Promptly capture images of all items
• Organize items for auction by sorting, cleaning, and labeling
• Be capable of handling heavy lifting as part of daily tasks
• After the auction:
• Prepare orders for shipping following established protocols
• Expedite shipment of orders immediately post-auction
• Manage remaining onsite items until payments are completed
• Report any discrepancies or concerns to supervisors
• Fulfill other assigned duties as necessary

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma required
• General knowledge of paper money
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Outlook and Excel
• Ability to multitask and pay great attention to detail
• Individuals must be comfortable lifting to 50 pounds.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, & REGISTRATIONS:

• Valid Driver’s License is mandatory.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Candidates must thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment, available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with potential weekend availability during peak periods. Mandatory overtime may be required.
