Attorney - Pip Arbitration

We are seeking a New Jersey PIP Arbitration Attorney to become part of our team!

Associate Trial Attorney needed to handle all aspects of prosecuting NJ PIP claims for providers in litigation and arbitration including motion practice, bench trials, drafting master appeal briefs and Article 75 Petitions. Familiarity with PIP Regulations a must. Duties will include, but not limited to, attending virtual hearings in AAA and Forthright, hearing preparation, drafting briefs, legal research, and appearing with clients when necessary. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Marc L. Schwartz PC is a small boutique law firm specializing in NJ PIP seeks a full-time trial attorney to join our team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone that can work remotely and independently, while also being part of a team. Qualified applicants must possess excellent writing, verbal, interpersonal ,and analytical skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must be self-motivated, able to meet time-sensitive responsibilities, hard-working, responsive and a good communicator. The candidate will be responsible for handling a high-volume caseload from discovery stage through trial. The ideal candidate will have outstanding research abilities, will be well organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to independently manage their caseload.

Qualifications:

- Must have at least 2 years of experience in New Jersey PIP
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in New York
- Strong knowledge of PIP/Litigation procedures and practices
- Proficient in legal research using Westlaw, Lexis-Nexis, and other relevant databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Prior experience in legal administrative tasks such as document management and case organization is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
