We are a Top Rated Employment Law Firm seeking an Employment Attorney with 3+ years of experience to become a part of our team! You will represent employees in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, take depositions, respond to written discovery, attend mediations and perform other tasks on our wrongful termination cases.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including complaints, written discovery and meet and confer letters
- Conduct depositions and prepare for mediation
- Support the Wage and Hour Class Action Practice Group
- Follow up with client intakes and help respond to discovery.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Employment Law
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
