Attendant Caregiver

Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate medical professionals
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients

Skills:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in hospice care or caregiving preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Knowledge of first aid and basic medical procedures
- Familiarity with dementia care techniques and strategies
- Understanding of resident rights and the importance of maintaining privacy and dignity
- Experience working in assisted living or nursing home settings is a plus
