We are seeking a MOBILY LLC Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. You will be able to work with the best portfolio of awesome products as services including wireless, connected car, wearable, and much more! Responsibilities:
• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure the product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
• Meet and exceed sales goals
Qualifications
• Must speak fluent English and Spanish to be eligible for bilingual role
• One year of retail experience in sales or customer service
• Minimum of one-year experience in cash handling
• Wireless knowledge and/or sales experience
• Proficient computer skills
• High School diploma or GED
