Summary of the Job:
The ATM Support Analyst will use provided tools to effectively monitor and determine remedial actions for ATM equipment. This would include working with branch staff and vendors to coordinate repair, balancing, or any other general support effort.
Essential Functions:

• Maintains and supports ATM balancing and settlement.
• Coordinates efforts for system updates or upgrades.
• Analyze/Interpret reports to identify problems and assist making preventative decisions.
• Implements/Identifies procedural changes to process.
• Research transaction results and perform accounting adjustments.
• Create or manipulate reports for presentation to staff members.
• Data input with high accuracy.
• Multi-task and assist in other areas of department.
• Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to achieve high performance.
• Strong ability to resource interdepartmentally to achieve goals.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to keep multiple sources updated information pertinent to their needs.
• Ability to work together with a diverse team of people to solve problems effectively.

Additional Functions:

• Perform routine duties with minimal supervision using standard practices or procedures.
• Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Perform duties as assigned to reach team goals.
• Knowledge of financial institution policies, procedures and regulations preferred.

Required Education/Experience:

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Prefer bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Prefer two or more years of operations experience at a financial institution.
• Prefer one year experience working with ATM in a support environment.

Necessary Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Ability to add, subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Intermediate skills in understanding and working with database input/output.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and a self-starter.
• Excellent customer service skills, and experience in direct customer interface environments is preferred.

Physical Activity/Dexterity:

• Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with fingers. Works with fingers and perceives attributes of objects and materials.

Physical Environment Demands:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 90% of the time.
• The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to visit other offices, conference rooms, office machinery, etc.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and telephone.
• Constantly positions self to operate on a computer.
• The person in this position frequently communicates with other people throughout each day. Must be able to exchange accurate information when conversing.

Working Conditions/Environment:

• Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
• Moderate noise (e.g. business office with computers and printers, light traffic).

Work Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Available for overtime as needed to complete job task.
• Participates in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Travel:

• Minimal overnight travel (up to 10%) by land or air.
