DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate ability to deal effectively with students, teachers and parents and outside
public.
2. Budget Management
3. Provides coordinating and scheduling of athletic programs
4. Implements and utilizes fiscally sound purchasing practices and possesses working
knowledge of the budget approval process
5. Informs the Athletic Director of any information/issues of relevance
6. Works with the Nursing Department regarding athletes health forms
7. Greets and answers parents, students and staff questions in a timely manner
8. Schedule and monitor Travel for Sports Teams
9. Onsite Event Support
10. Human Resources Management
11. Assist the Athletic Director in budget preparation.
12. Organizes and monitors athletic communication platform
