Salary Range: $30,000 - $35,000
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in the field of education, social work, psychology, vocational rehabilitation, guidance and counseling or other related human services field from an accredited program with at least two years of experience in the field of disabilities.
Knowledge of Home and Community Based waiver, and the ability to keep up to date pertaining to such knowledge, and interpret same.
Knowledge of Person Centered Planning.
Ability to establish and maintain a working relationship with program participants, families, staff and community agencies.
Ability to supervise staff.
Ability to communicate both orally and in written form.
Ability to organize work with self and others.
Ability to delegate work to others.
